Rafael has been working for roughly 4 years with her roles giving her exposure to customer service and technical support. She is also very capable of handling administrative tasks that came along with her work experiences.
Rafael also worked as an escalation agent wherein she worked between the frontline agents and Microsoft engineers. Shortly after that she was moved and assigned as a Partner concierge, a subject matter expert level position in the account wherein she was a dedicated support to Microsoft partners globally.
With those experiences, she has always sought after customer satisfaction.
